In the header, go to Settings and you'll find the option. Then restart the app.
The header automatically hides when you join a room and re-appears when you leave it. If you want to manually show/hide it, you can press the `h` key.

When you launch the client, you'll get a notification next to your Profile name. Just click it and you'll be able to download the update.
